Expect Mushroom Marmite Éclairs to start, followed by indulgent sharing plates such as South Coast Grilled Octopus with masala-spiced butternut and Pigs in Blankets with rosemary and honey mustard crème fraîche. Choose your prime cut — from Grilled South Downs Venison with celeriac purée and honey berries, to a Chalk Stream Trout & Chard Wellington, or Pan-Fried Goat’s Cheese with wild mushrooms and cranberries for a vegetarian delight.
